I opened a direct deposit account with this corporation. I cslled and activated my card when my cash posted on a Friday morning. I was declined by the ATM machine. I known as customer service, who had been of no help at all. I was advised maybe I was “using the card the wrong way”. I spoke to your supervisor who assured me she would have the problem fixed before the finish from the day. I known as again and hour before they closed, spoke to her again, and she no idea what I was talking about. To make a extended story short, I went the entire weekend without my funds. Right after promising to file a claim of theft against them, I received my dollars 7 DAYS LATER. I immediately cancelled my direct deposit. Please, Please, Please DO NOT DO Company WITH THIS Organization. I actually filed a complaint using the BBB in California.
